Let us rejoice! The birth of our Savior Lord Jesus Christ is upon us! This holiday season let us bring Christ to the forefront! After all with out Him there would be no reason to celebrate!

Let us be like the wise men bearing gifts for the tiny Infant Jesus by offering Him our own gifts!

Here are a few gifts that we can offer the Infant Jesus:

Adopting a needy child or family this Christmas
(Think of them as Jesus)

Say a rosary for the homeless and those that will
be without Christmas this year

Teach your children that it is more important to give than to receive by having them pick out some toys to give away to needy children

By attending Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Any act of unselfishness is an act of LOVE and therefore is a perfect and divine offering to the Infant Jesus.

Loving Father, Help us remember the birth of Jesus,
that we may share in the song of the angels, the gladness of the shepherds, and worship of the wise men.

Close the door of hate and open the door of love all over the world. Let kindness come with every gift and good desires with every greeting. Deliver us from evil by the blessing which Christ brings, and teach us to be merry with clear hearts.

May the Christmas morning make us happy to be thy children, and Christmas evening bring us to our beds with grateful thoughts, forgiving and forgiven, for Jesus' sake.  Amen
